Elections of Parent Representatives to School and Institutional Councils

Dear Parents and Guardians,

On Wednesday, April 15, and Thursday, April 16, 2026,elections will be heldto select parent representatives to the School and School District Councils via electronic voting through the Votalatam platform (www.lafase.votalatam.cl) (The procedure will be detailed in an upcoming announcement inviting participation in these elections).

These are two forms of institutional and democratic participation that are very important to the life of our community:

    • School Board:a tripartite body (comprising representatives of the administration, staff, parents, and students) chaired by the school principal. It oversees both elementary and secondary education and addresses pedagogical and educational issues as well as the school’s overall operations.
    • School Council:Composed of representatives from the teaching staff, parents, and school administration, and chaired by the school principals. It addresses pedagogical and educational issues specific to elementary education (preschool and elementary school), as well as the overall operation of the school.
