To borrow a book from the Preschool Library and Documentation Center (BCD), children must be accompanied by an adult. Materials are available in Spanish, French, and English, and you can choose from books, magazines, book-CDs, CDs, and DVDs. Items may be borrowed for one week, with a maximum of three items per student.
Books must be returned to the B.C.D. by the due date indicated on each book's card. Adults are responsible for the materials and agree to take good care of them. In the event of damage or loss, they must either replace the item with the same copy or pay for it.

All students are welcome at the BCD, whether to read, borrow a book, look up information, play quietly, or draw.
They can come starting at 8:00 a.m. if they arrive at school early, during recess, or after lunch.
In the library, you'll find picture books, novels, short stories, nonfiction books, comics, and magazines in French, Spanish, and English.
You may borrow up to 2 books and keep them for a maximum of 2 weeks, or 3 weeks if they are novels. To return them, please place them in the return box. Each student is responsible for their books; if they are lost or damaged, you will have to pay for them.
Students also visit the school library during workshops to listen to stories, look up information, or participate in the various literary projects offered throughout the school year.
The librarians and the BCD wolf are waiting for you to help you find what you're looking for.

The Documentation and Information Center (CDI) is open to all students starting at 8:00 a.m. every day and is designed to encourage study, discovery, and a love of reading in a quiet and welcoming environment.
Students are welcomed to the CDI to work on their individual assignments, collaborate on projects in small groups, and conduct research using reference materials. Computers are available for their use under supervision.
The CDI encourages reading for pleasure with a wide selection of books to suit all tastes, in French, English, and Spanish. A cozy reading nook, equipped with beanbags, allows visitors to read comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere.
The CDI regularly hosts educational sessions in collaboration with teachers to support students in their learning (such as information search and media literacy, among other topics).
Throughout the year, the CDI organizes contests and themed weeks centered on various cultural or educational topics.
The CDI is thus a dynamic part of school life, where everyone can learn, relax, and open up to the world.
