It was created with the purpose of bringing together, strengthening, and coordinating the areas that have historically supported our community—Psychology, Educational Well-being, Nursing, and Risk Prevention—to move toward a more integrated approach within the school.
This department is currently undergoing a consolidation process, reviewing and refining its internal practices, strengthening collaboration among its teams, and promoting a culture of care that also involves families. The goal is to gradually improve the support and attention provided to the various needs that students, staff, and parents may have.
While every situation is different and some require more specialized support, we are committed to remaining attentive, available, and working together to foster a safe, welcoming, and caring school environment, where well-being is a fundamental part of educational development.
The Psychology team consists of eight psychologists across the Vitacura and Chamisero campuses. Their primary responsibilities focus on promoting psycho-emotional development, self-care, a positive educational environment, and the prevention of factors that hinder students’ development and overall well-being.
The Educational Coexistence team works to strengthen the interactions and relationships among members of the educational community, adopting a respectful and considerate approach that promotes and values equal rights, freedom of expression, and solidarity among the members of the Lycée Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
The nursing program at our school involves providing care aimed at promoting health and preventing health risks within the school community, serving as a point of reference for addressing chronic, acute, and urgent health issues that arise on campus and/or require support.
The Occupational Safety Department is dedicated to continuously promoting measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. In the educational sector, this department is part of the Comprehensive School Safety Plan (PISE), which is aligned with the School and Preschool Safety Policy.
